The Senior HR Partner, Talent Management (TM) & Diversity, Equity +Inclusion (DE+I) for EMEA and APAC is responsible for playing a key role in defining approach and driving execution excellence and measurement of global and company-wide Talent & DE+I processes and programs. They will partner with the heads of our three pillars; Talent Management (TM), Organizational Development & Diversity, Equity + Inclusion (OD & DE+I) as well Learning & Development (L&D) and regional/local HR Business Partners on the identification of current and future talent, DE+I and development needs, trends, and strategies; improving existing processes; recommending best practices & solutions and work closely with/or leveraging Danaher Corporate and Diagnostics Platform solutions for their Regions.

This position is part of the Talent & DE+I Function and will be located at our London or Amsterdam office in Europe.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- In close collaboration with the HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, drive the development, effective implementation, and consistent adoption of standard Talent processes for Cepheid in the EMEA and APAC region.
- In close collaboration with the HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, drive the development, implementation and execution of the OD & DE+I Strategy for your regions, this includes for instance the DE+I strategy, the Engagement Survey process and our work on evolving our Organizational Culture.
- Know your regions´ Talent, Management and Leadership Development needs and drive for succession, growth and retention in close collaboration with your HR Business Partners.
- Develop and drive internal communications plan to support understanding, adoption, and execution across standard TM, DE+I and L&D.
- Design and rollout metrics to readily assess program delivery and health, leveraging internal data analytics tools and provide regular reporting and analysis on key Talent, DE+I & L&D metrics to illustrate progress against goals and inform process improvements and interventions.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources or related area.
- Extensive experience as a professional in Human Resources.
- Vast experience in implementing corporate-wide processes and programs in DE+I, L&D, Management and Leadership Development or Talent Management.
- Comprehensive experience working and delivering projects in an international environment.
- Travel 20-25%.
- Fluent in English, an additional language would be a plus.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- The role of a HR Business Partner.
- Having worked in an HR Centre of Excellence (CoE model).
