Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator for our client based in Bracknell.
Role: Facilities Helpdesk Administrator Location: Bracknell - Office Based Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 per annum depending on experience Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and administrative support?
Our client, is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team.
As a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing first-line helpdesk support and being the primary point of contact for facilities management requirements and administration.
This is a full-time permanent position based in our client's office.
Key Responsibilities: Be the friendly and professional point of contact for operational colleagues, addressing their queries and concerns.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the best resolution for each query.
Complete various administrative tasks on the state-of-the-art CAFM(Computer Aided Facilities Management) system including assigning contract colleagues and sub-contractors to service requirement tasks, generating purchase orders, and updating general admin information.
