Facilities Administrator

- Benchmarked salary and progression paths.
- Meeting TD SYNNEX site contractors.
- Checking RAMS.
- Carrying out Pregnancy RA and Personal RA for employee’s as required with Facilities Manager support.
- Assist with Monitoring and completing worklogs.
- Record and maintain Facilities records and spread sheets.
- Log accident and incident reports.
- Raise and monitor work permits.
- Ensure all health and safety boards are up to date.
- Employee mobile phone distribution and record keeping.
- Raising PO’s annual and adhoc.
- Reviewing, recording and approving invoices in Eskar.
- Checking and actioning Praxis 42 DSE system.
- Keep Facilities Manager informed of site actions.
- Assist with BSC event room changes when required.
- Provide cover and assist the wider Facilities team as required.
- Previous facilities or customer service background desirable.
- Positive, helpful disposition.
- Team player.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
This role will be based in our serviced office in Bracknell 5 days per week and may include some trips to our Basingstoke office as and when required.
