**DEBRA** is recruiting for a **Membership Services Administrator - Holiday Homes** to join our friendly and supportive Member Services, on a **Full Time, Permanent** basis, working a contract of** 35 hours** per week, earning a salary of between** £22,000 - £24,000 per annum. **This role is based in our** Head Office, Bracknell, Berkshire **(opportunity to work 2 days from home)**.**

**We are a** National Charity that supports individuals and families affected by **Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB)** - a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.
**What we are looking for in our Membership Services Administrator**
Being a varied role, this would suit someone who is personable, highly organized with high level data entry, administrative and problem-solving skills.
From setting up memberships on our CRM, to checking volumes of data for accuracy to answering member queries about an event, we need someone with a wide range of technical and people skills.
This is a great opportunity to work for a charity in the DEBRA Member Services team and make a difference to the lives of people living with EB (Epidermolysis Bullosa).
**Key Responsibilities**
To assist in the efficient and effective management of our DEBRA Holiday Homes so our members can enjoy a break.
- To manage Holiday Home bookings, enquiries, and payments
- To be the main point of contact for our members in relation to any Holiday Home matter and engage with members to collect feedback.
- To be the main point of contact for our Holiday Parks and facilities management team
- To provide solutions to any small issues that may arise, assisting the Holiday Home Manager with any complex queries/situations
- To consistently implement the Holiday Home policies and procedures
- To assist with the recording of Holiday Home expenditure and income
- To accurately update and maintain the CRM database as required
- To ensure all holiday park information and emergency contact details are updated
- To ensure all booking forms, letters, holiday information packs are updated as required
- To record accurate data on Holiday Home files and in member records
- To develop information packs and member/Holiday Home communications.
