Salary: Up to £65,000 (could flex dependent on current package) + Uncapped Commission + £10,000 Car Allowance

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the laundry, cleaning, or a related industry. You will be responsible for driving growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding their market presence within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key premium hospitality customers to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Create and implement strategic business development plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- A proven track record in business development within the laundry, cleaning, or a related industry is essential
- Understanding of a service model contract & pricing negotiations
- Prior channel experience selling to customers within either the hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
