The HR and Recruitment Administrator will lead a dedicated team in the Human Resources department, focusing on recruitment processes and employee relations within the industrial/manufacturing industry. This role is based in Manchester and is pivotal in ensuring smooth operation of the HR department.

Description
Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient and effective.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness.
Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
Manage the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to preparing job offers.
Implement and monitor staff training and development plans.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Profile
A successful HR and Recruitment Administrator should have:
A proven track record in a similar HR role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in MS Office and experience with HR software.
Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field.Job Offer
