Stockport's leading employer is seeking a highly skilled Part Time HR Recruitment Specialist to join their HR Team on a temporary basis for 6-9 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with line managers to collate and confirm vacancies
  • Develop and write effective job descriptions
  • Liaise across HR team to align with talent acquisition process and planning
  • Take part in external recruitment events, market the vacancies effectively and liaise with candidates professionally
  • Shortlist and communicate with effective feedback methods
  • Utilise work assessments including psychometric testing
  • Conduct interviews and recruitment activity with line managers
  • Occasional UK travel for the needs of the business and overnight stay if required

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified at Level 5 ideally or working towards
  • Proven experience of talent acquisition
  • Passion for effective recruitment and supporting a fast-paced professional team

About the Role:
