Job Title: HR and Recruitment Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join Page Personnel Sales as an HR and Recruitment Administrator, supporting the growth of a successful company in the industrial/manufacturing industry.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to preparing job offers. As a key member of the HR team, you will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy, oversee employee relations, and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar HR role within the industrial/manufacturing industry, strong knowledge of HR functions, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with HR software.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £27,000 and £32,000 (GBP) per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy opportunities for professional development and training, generous holiday leave, and a competitive benefits package.
