Team Administrator

Our client based in Frimley are looking for multiple Team Administrators to provide support across the team due to the current workload. The roles will involve managing emails, coordinating diaries, and handling phone calls and messages. These positions are ideal for candidates with strong organisational skills who can start immediately and are comfortable working in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing emails and ensuring timely responses on behalf of the team
Diary management, including scheduling and coordinating of meetings
Taking phone calls, handling messages, and directing inquiries as appropriate
Providing general administrative support to the team as requiredRequirements:
Previous administrative or PA experience is essential.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
