- Friday 9am-5pm (37.5 hours a week)

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and north east Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Providing leadership and oversight to the CYPS Crisis Pathways admin team, including completing supervision for the Administrators within the team and day-to-day management of the team’s caseload.
- Supporting the comprehensive day to day management of the teams within the CYPS Crisis Pathways, supporting the management of heavy and complex diary commitments, ensuring the smooth running of the office and workflow whilst transacting urgent materials proactively and effectively
- Manage all administrative aspects of the CYPS Crisis Pathways Leads’ role. This will include providing and receiving highly complex and sensitive information, using reassurance and influencing skills to manage communications sensitively with stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality as appropriate.
- First point of contact for contacts to the CYPS Crisis Pathways Leads, managing internal and external enquiries and to present complex information succinctly in a range of formats, and re-directing these as appropriate
- Responsible for managing own workload and to work independently and as part of a team.This in-volves prioritising and organising workload as required to ensure an appropriately delegated business support service to other senior members of staff within the teams including typing, photocopying, maintaining diaries drawing attention to the day-to-day commitments, organising appointments, meet-ing rooms and providing hospitality for these as required

- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Previous admin experience
- Previous NHS experience
- NHS System Knowledge
- System One
- Experience supporting Senior Managers (desirable)
- Substantial experience of clerical and administrative work requiring a high degree of accuracy and working in accordance with policies/procedures.
- This role may require you to show evidence of education to Degree level or at least 2 years relevant experience._
