**Location**:Theta Building, Lyon Way, Frimley, Camberley, Surrey, GU16 7ER
**Hours**:37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Provide Theta reception support as and when required
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with them quickly and efficiently in a professional manner
- Provide mutual support to the team during times of workload pressure
- Be able to cover CMHTOP Admin at SPA in the ICT, when require
- Support the team with all administrative duties
- This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience._
**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
- Minimum two years’ experience working with PC/word processing
- At least two years’ experience working at administrative level (NHS experience would be advantageous but is not essential)
- Experience of SystmOne / ICE / Pathology (Desirable)
- Fully proficient with Microsoft office packages
- Excellent communication skills
