This role is a Fixed Term Contract - 9 months FTC

Hybrid (Part-time options available)

HR Adviser - HR Systems and Data responsibilities include:

Provides first class HR advice, guidance & support to line managers and employees in relation to HR policies and procedures, employee relation issues and organisational change.

Supports the HR & People development manager in analysing HR reports and drives HR KPI improvements.

To provide support to the Head of HR in delivering strategic HR projects

Support the HRIS project, you will also develop a suite of valuable HR metrics and insights, from absence management to retention, plus the analysis of survey results.

Support the delivery of the HRIS system project, designing workflows, processes, data transfer and training for staff on the new system.

Delivers learning and development sessions regarding people management practices.

Ensures the consistent delivery of induction by line managers and supports central staff inductions.

Sickness absence monitoring – ensures staff absences are inputted onto the payroll system, informs line managers of staff absence concerns, ensures return to work interviews are conducted by line managers and completes occupational health referrals where necessary.

Responsibility for tracking and monitoring the return of Employee appraisals and performance management reviews, including probation.

Your knowledge of HR legislation and HR administration process, together with your HR systems, metrics and insights will ensure success on this interim role. Ideally, you will be available for an immediate start but our client could wait for a short notice period (up to 1 month) Education experience would be beneficial but not essential.
