Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a challenging role that aligns with your skills and expertise? We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Sirius Search.

This role plays a pivotal part in leading strategic initiatives in talent management and employee development to build high-performing workforces. You will work closely with leadership to identify, develop, and retain top talent.

The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Partnering with leadership to understand business objectives and provide proactive HR solutions to meet organizational goals
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
  • Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making and providing regular reporting
  • Leading HR projects and taking ownership of HR-specific projects
  • Developing and executing initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction across the site
  • Leading retention strategies by identifying key drivers of employee turnover and recommending actions to mitigate risk
  • Resolving complex employee relation issues, ensuring alignment with company values and culture
  • Supporting organizational change initiatives
  • Working with senior leadership to facilitate organizational redesigns
  • Providing guidance on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Supporting annual compensation planning
  • Driving the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing development feedback
