Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner

Location: Remote/Hybrid

The Advocate Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional HR Business Partner to join a leading business. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to all leadership team within your assigned region, aligning business objectives with HR strategies, supporting all elements of the employee lifecycle, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with regional leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive performance.
  • Talent Management: Lead initiatives for talent acquisition, development, and retention; identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring a fair and respectful workplace environment.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management processes, providing guidance on evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  • Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations; review and update HR policies to reflect best practices.
  • Change Management: Assist in managing organizational change, providing guidance and support to employees and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner/manager role, in a regional or multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relationships, and HR strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations issues and driving organizational change.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
