Senior HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a challenging role that aligns with business goals? As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic initiatives in talent management and employee development to build high-performing workforces.

This role requires a trusted advisor who can partner with leadership to understand business objectives and provide proactive HR solutions to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to understand business objectives and provide proactive HR solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making and provide regular reporting
  • Lead HR projects and take ownership of HR-specific projects
  • Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction across the site
  • Lead retention strategies by identifying key drivers of employee turnover and recommending actions to mitigate risk
  • Resolve complex employee relation issues, ensuring alignment with company values and culture
  • Support organizational change initiatives
  • Work with senior leadership to facilitate organizational redesigns
  • Provide guidance on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Support annual compensation planning
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing development feedback

This is a challenging and varied role that requires a strong understanding of HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development. If you have a CIPD qualification and experience in HR business partnering, this could be the opportunity for you.
