Job Summary:

United Living Group is seeking an HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on HR matters, supporting managers with employee relations, payroll, and HR projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining HR databases and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advice and guidance on HR matters, including employee relations, payroll, and benefits.Support managers with employee relations, including investigations, performance and conduct issues, and grievances.Manage absence, including arranging occupational health needs and managing absence under the Bradford Factor process.Provide training on HR matters as required.Support the HR Business Partner with organisational change activities.Implement and deliver the People strategy.Lead and/or support on HR projects as required.Ensure payroll instructions are prepared and logged in time for the monthly payroll run.Provide sickness reports for the monthly payroll run.Update and manage HR ER databases and run routine HR reports.

Requirements:

PREFERABLY a HR related qualification.Experience in HR, including employee relations, payroll, and HR projects.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
