They are seeking an innovative, ambitious, tenacious Programme Manager who can inspire and lead a team to success and deliver experiential programmes across the globe

The Role;

Managing a small team of Programme Managers; running of medium to large scale programmes ranging from £500k - £2million

Responsible for all areas of the programme management in a multi-faceted role ; planning, timelines, scheduling & budgets

Working across C-Suite teams and ensuring programme are run efficiently, effectively, on time and in budget

Working and engaging with internal external contacts to enhance programme delivery to ensure all areas are coved for maximum impact and client experience and user engagement

Overseeing various work streams to meet programme critical deadlines

Resource management – being creative and deploy resources for the programme delivery scheduling and management; writers, consultants, creative teams, coaches, psychologists etc.

Clear understanding of programme phrases and instinctive and intuitive approach to working planning and time management

Ability to work with and engage Senior Stakeholders delivering critical programme information and updates and ensuring no impact or blockers will uphold delivery of programmes in any stage

Covering all areas of programme delivery on various platforms ; site based, on-line etc

Ability to deliver programmes globally

Create and deliver presentations to C Suite , Founders, Stakeholders etc

Experience and Skills

Proven experience in a similar role ; Programme manager Project Manager, Stakeholder Engagement, Culture Change Learning & Development, Change Management, Management Consultancy,

Experience in leading a team, covering performance and development, coaching plans

Experience of global programme delivery

Desirable worked in the pharma sector,

Resource management skills ; ability to work cross functionally with effective results

Experience working in a multi-faceted role

Efficient time management skills

Budget management skills

Creative, dynamic, intuitive, assertive, open minded with growth mindset

Ambitious, driven & strive for excellence, good work ethic,

Team building skills, influential and motivating

A desire to make difference and challenge yourself to grow and develop yourself and enhance all relationships

Teams & Zoom

Project Management skills e.g ; Prince 2 would be an advantage

Hours ; 9.00 – 5.00pm

Mon – Fri

Fully remote role– however, ideally you will be approx. 1 hours commute from London for monthly meet ups etc

25 days hols + 4 inspiration days
