Job Title: Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our Programme Management team. As a Programme Manager, you will play a key role in delivering complex real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring that client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of programmes and portfolios, developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, supporting the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our portfolio and programme management products and services, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
  • Embrace and promote the use of digital tools and solutions to enhance programme delivery and performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience working on programmes, with healthcare programme management experience desirable.
  • Good understanding of programme management requirements and how it relates to healthcare facilities.
  • Ability to work in relevant programme management processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and written.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field.
  • Professional membership desirable.
