We're looking for a Facilities Management Assistant to join our Kings Cross/Euston team in a permanent, part-time position. You'll work 24 hours per week, from 2pm to 8pm, on a 4-on-4-off work pattern over 7 days, with a competitive salary and a great benefits package.

As a Facilities Management Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer service and secure environment for residents. Your key responsibilities include operating the Reception Desk, monitoring reactive and planned maintenance, and assisting managers in coordinating on-site activities and day-to-day administration.

Other duties include regular walks around the residence and grounds, reporting security/safety issues, monitoring health and safety standards, controlling out-of-hours access, and responding to fire alarm activations.

We're looking for someone with great communication, organisation, and administrative skills, as well as an attention to detail and a passion for delivering a great service.

You'll also need to be flexible to work additional hours when needed, especially during main student arrival and departure weekends.
