Programme Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of assigned programmes to time, cost, and quality
  • Develop and implement programme plans, including requirements definition, capital drawdown, and resource allocation
  • Ensure high cross-functional stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to mobilise programmes, including governance, technical, and functional expert resource allocation
  • Implement structures to enable effective programme execution, including design, requirements, solution development, testing, and launch
Requirements:
  • Established Programme or Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering business transformation programmes
  • Subject Matter Expert: Project & Programme Management (waterfall & agile) in a complex business transformation change environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and operate at the senior management level
  • High level of energy and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, agile team-oriented environment
  • Telecommunications industry or equivalent corporate experience
