We are looking for a CRM specialist for a well funded creative tech start-up. They have been described as one of the UK's fastest growing tech companies and have an award winning app and ecommerce platform. They are looking to continue their growth across Europe.

You will be responsible for:


-Developing new ideas for email and push campaigns and A/B tests.

-Briefing all CRM campaigns internally to the creative teams.

-End to end execution of all campaigns via their Bloomreach platform.

-Identify and and build new customer segments.

-Analyse data from the CRM and analytics platforms and report on the results.

-Support two CRM Managers with building & optimising triggered & offline campaigns.


This role will be based in their gorgeous Soho office 4 days per week.
