Unlock New Business Opportunities in the HVAC Sector

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in our South East and London regions. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with Heating Contractors, Local Authorities, and Consultants.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and winning specifications with contractors, consultants, and end-users.
  • Developing profitable relationships with customers across the M25 and London area.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in the HVAC sector, with experience in sales, account management, and specification development. Your expertise should include:

  • Dealing with M & E Contractors.
  • Generating new customers and expanding existing ones.
  • Working within the HVAC industry.
  • Selling products directly to end-users.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven sales professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet targets and deadlines.

Compensation Package

Our competitive salary range is £45K-55k per annum, inclusive of a company car, pension scheme, company bonus, and regular pay reviews.
