Regional Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in North London and Northern Home Counties. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to break into the construction industry with a market-leading manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Main Contractors, Local Authorities, and Housing Associations to generate specifications and follow projects through to completion.
- Work closely with Senior Area Sales Managers to support your development and ensure successful project outcomes.
Our client is a well-established, blue-chip heavy side construction manufacturer with an excellent reputation within the market. They prioritize supporting their sales teams with structured development training, reflecting their great company culture and staff retention levels.
Salary and Benefits- A competitive basic salary of up to £30,000.
- OTE and bonus structure in place to recognize exceptional performance.
