A leading European manufacturer of multi-point locking systems has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to join their team.

About the RoleThe purpose of this role is to achieve growth targets in designated territories while promoting our reputation for professional excellence. This involves generating new business within targeted sectors, managing the distributor network efficiently, and identifying new prospects and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
- Manage relationships with fabricators, distributors, and contractors to promote our products
- Identify new business opportunities and report to the Sales Director
- Promote new product development opportunities to commercial clients and prospects
- Produce forecasts for anticipated new project/product demand
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with:
- A proven track record of success selling solutions or products into the windows, doors, fenestration, and fabrication market
- Excellent account management and new business development skills
- A competent presenter able to present the company's image professionally at all levels
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
