Payroll and Benefits Specialist

As a Pension Administrator at Lane Clark & Peacock LLP, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and their members. You will be responsible for managing the pensioner payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll administration.
Responsibilities include preparing and managing payroll processes, reconciling payroll costs and changes, and maintaining payroll systems. Additionally, you will support the Payroll Team on various payroll matters and provide assistance with ad-hoc projects.
Key Requirements:
• Experience of Payroll, preferably Pensioner but not essential.
• Reconciliation of payroll, essential.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote your overall wellbeing.
