Help Desk Expert

We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Picture More Ltd, a leading global law firm.
The successful candidate will have experience working in the IT service desk environment and will be responsible for providing technical support for computer applications and hardware.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a demonstrable ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
The role involves providing technical support for a range of software applications, including:
- Office 365
- Microsoft Teams
- Windows 10/11
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- iManage
We offer a competitive salary of £36k per annum, plus the option to work from home one week in four.
