We are offering a competitive salary package worth around £39,000 per year.

Picture More Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement – one week in four spent working remotely.

Candidates with experience of working in the legal sector or similar professional services will be highly valued.

In this challenging IT support role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support for all technology systems.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance for computer applications and hardware, including:
    • Office 365
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Windows 10/11
    • Active Directory
    • Exchange
    • iManage
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related queries.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-4 years' experience within an IT Service Desk environment.
  • Previous experience working for a professional services organisation, such as law, finance, insurance, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of hardware devices like laptops and mobiles.
