Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Concierge to join our team at PMR. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide World-Class Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to all residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Anticipate and Meet Resident Needs: Proactively identify and address the needs of our residents, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Verify Visitors and Maintain Security: Verify all visitors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring the security and safety of our residents and property.
  • Conduct Regular Building Checks: Perform regular checks of the building and report any maintenance or security issues to the appropriate authorities.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Procedures: Understand and adhere to health and safety, fire, and bomb threat procedures, reporting any concerns to the relevant authorities.
  • Communicate Effectively: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and colleagues.
  • Multi-Task and Prioritize: Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Residential or 5* Hotels: Possess experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality and customer service.
  • Reliable and Timekeeping: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, with excellent timekeeping and reliability.
  • Immaculate Presentation: Possess a high level of professionalism, with impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and colleagues.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate the ability to think critically, solve problems, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
