Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced concierge to join our team at PMR, a luxury development in Westminster. As a concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to all residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guest Verification: Verify all visitors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring the security and safety of our residents.
  • Building Maintenance: Conduct regular building checks, report any maintenance issues, and ensure the communal areas are clean, tidy, and presentable.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, guests, and colleagues, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve resident concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Complete operational reports, handovers, and report any operational issues to the relevant manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in residential or 5-star hotel environments, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Reliability: Demonstrated reliability and timekeeping, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and expectations.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and colleagues.
  • Initiative: Ability to demonstrate initiative, think critically, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
