In this role, you will work closely with local community groups and individuals to raise awareness of our employability programme, identify new participants, and support their enrolment onto the programme.

About the Programme

Our employability programme is designed to support individuals who are furthest from the labour market. The programme provides participants with the skills and confidence they need to succeed, and includes activities such as training, mentoring, and employment placement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with local community groups and individuals to raise awareness of the programme
  • Identify new programme participants and support their enrolment onto the programme
  • Provide key support for all aspects of programme development and capacity building initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of local community structures and networks
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £27,500 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, pension scheme, and annual leave.
