Sales Key Holder

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Key Holder to join our team at & Other Stories. As a Sales Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be aware of store goals and sales figures, and familiar with applicable procedures and guidelines.
- Actively work with garments to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Process customer transactions at the cash desk and receive and process deliveries.
- Help prepare seasonal sales and campaigns, and follow store routines, policies, and guidelines to assist in loss prevention and safety.
- Work well in the team and actively support colleagues.
- You love people and are willing to go the extra mile for customers.
- You have experience with cash register routines and are willing to learn and grow with us.
- You have a passion for fashion, styling, and customer service, and are a strong team player with an open mindset.
