New Homes Sales Consultant

Main Purpose of the Job:
The post holder will be responsible for securing new home sales and managing the customer journey in line with the new homes quality code from initial enquiry to property handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients on site.
- Achieve sales targets as set by the sales manager.
- Secure sales of properties within budget and process all sales administration.
- Collate and continuously research competitor sales, re-sale values, market trends, and advertising.
- Regular progress/update reports to be submitted to the sales manager.
- Monitor survey feedback.
- Monitor legal completion dates, exchange of contracts/conclusion of missive, and sales incentive plans.
- Update, monitor, and run reports from the CRM system, Site Stream (training provided).
- Continuously monitor sales literature for accuracy including the Consumer Code for Home Builders and the Property Misdescriptions Act.
- Any other duties relating to the smooth and efficient running of the on-site sales function.
Reporting Line:
The post holder will report to the sales manager/sales director.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills Required:
- Good level of general education including maths and English.
- Previous experience of new homes sales is essential.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Flexible approach to working, will include weekend working.
