Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new home sales and managing the customer journey in line with the New Homes Quality Code from initial enquiry to property handover. Key duties include meeting and greeting clients on site, achieving sales targets as set by the Sales Manager, and securing sales of properties within budget. Additionally, the post holder will be responsible for monitoring the general presentation of the site, completed homes, and reporting any non-compliance. They will also be responsible for collating and researching competitor sales, re-sale values, market trends, and advertising. This will involve regular progress and update reports to the Sales Manager, visitor reporting and sourcing of enquiries, monitoring survey feedback, and assisting with site manager on handover of completed property to client. The successful candidate will also be responsible for accommodating clients to view the show home out of hours, monitoring legal completion dates, exchange of contracts, and sales incentive plans. Furthermore, they will be responsible for updating, monitoring, and running reports from the CRM system, attending weekly meetings with the construction team to discuss build progress and updates, and producing and issuing minutes of meeting. The post holder will also be responsible for maintaining awareness of local employment and market trends which may affect relevant developments, and general housekeeping of the show home and sales office. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Site Team, Customer Care Team, Surveyors, Architects, and office-based staff, as well as external clients, surveyors, financial advisors, and solicitors. The post holder will report to the Sales Manager/Sales Director and will be required to have a good level of general education including Maths and English, strong IT skills, previous experience of new homes sales, strong relationship building skills, and evidence of working towards and achieving targets. The successful candidate will also be required to have a flexible approach to working, including weekend working.
