Building Cost Estimator

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting valuations, collating variation quotations, procuring and managing sub-contractor accounts, and reviewing main contract documents. They will also prepare monthly CVR/Cost Reports and final accounts, as well as engage in value engineering and risk management control.
With a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, you will bring your skills and knowledge to a dynamic and growing company. Your commercially astute nature, strong IT skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be valuable assets to our team.
