Job Title: Infrastructure Development Manager

Company Overview
VANRATH is partnering with a leading Public Sector Organisation to find an experienced Infrastructure Development Manager. This role involves providing cost management responsibility for a geographically dispersed team of professionals and technical staff working on various infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, budgeting, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cost planning and delivery of capital projects in line with policy and DE standards
- Advise and support senior managers in the development of strategic direction for these services
- Ensure effective cost management and delivery of all major and minor capital works

Requirements:
- Degree or higher in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum three years' experience in providing full range of quantity surveying services
- Demonstrable experience of successfully providing budget estimates or cost plans for construction projects
- Experience in NEC contracts, including assessment of compensation events and preparation of assessments for payment

Salary: £40,428 per annum plus benefits.
