Project Manager

Ambitious construction professionals are sought to lead Minor Works Capital Projects and other capital and recurrent budget lines associated with the Infrastructure and Capital Development Division.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and deliver Minor Works Capital Projects, ensuring timely completion within allocated budgets.
- Oversee a diverse team of professionals, technical staff, and administrative personnel, promoting effective collaboration and coordination across geographic regions.
- Develop and implement structures, strategies, policies, procedures, and processes for project management services.
The successful candidate will be part of a transformational change process, driving innovation and improvement in infrastructure development. As a key member of the Minor Capital Programme Locality Manager's team, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality projects that meet policy requirements and comply with Department of Education (DE) capital standards.
Requirements:- Hold a Degree in Project Management or a Construction-related discipline, OR have equivalent experience and qualifications in the field.
- Demonstrate expertise in using the NEC 3 or NEC 4 Suite of Contracts, AutoCAD, and health and safety legislation.
- Show a proven track record of managing construction-related projects, with a strong understanding of Northern Ireland Building Regulations and procurement processes.
