Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Due to continued growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis.

Salary: £Competitive + Excellent Package (£40,000 - £60,000 per annum)

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be involved in the commercial management of various diverse and high-end fitout projects, working alongside the Senior QS and Project Manager in a client-facing role. Responsibilities include preparation and submission of valuations, collating variation quotations, procurement and management of sub-contractor accounts, and reviewing main contract documents. Additionally, the candidate will prepare monthly CVR/Cost Reports and final accounts, and provide value engineering and risk management control.

Requirements:
We are seeking a degree-qualified or equivalent Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the fitout and/or refurbishment sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, be commercially astute, and have good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. A strong technical ability and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
