Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team in Armagh. As an Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing cost management services for a diverse team of professionals across various projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing cost management responsibility for a geographically dispersed team of professional, technical, and administrative staff carrying out work across various projects.
  • Developing projects as part of the portfolio of services outlined.
  • Implementing structures, strategy, policy, procedures, and processes for these services.

Requirements:
  • A Degree or higher in Quantity Surveying or Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS or FRICS).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in providing full range of Quantity Surveying services or 2 years' experience with MRICS or FRICS.
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully providing budget estimates or cost plans for construction projects.
  • Experience in NEC or similar Suite of Contracts, including assessment of Compensation Events and preparation of assessments for payment.

Salary: £40,428 per annum, plus discount benefits.
