Job Overview:

HappyJobsNI is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing funded projects, fostering strong relationships with project partners and stakeholders, and contributing to strengthening cross-border relations and cooperation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience working in an office environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work cooperatively as part of a small, dynamic team. They will also have experience of using MS Office packages regularly, organising in-person project meetings and workshops, and preparing and distributing relevant papers for project meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and coordinating online and in-person meetings with project partners and stakeholders
- Compiling, collating, and distributing project documentation
- Maintaining contact databases for project initiatives
- Engaging with key partners and stakeholders in Northern Ireland, Ireland, and Great Britain

- A competitive salary range of £25,742 - £28,000 depending on experience
