We're looking for an exceptional Project Coordinator to join our team at 360 Energy in Lurgan, Co. Armagh. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in project management, while working with a dynamic and growing energy consultancy firm.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist directors in project management tasks, from tendering stage through to delivery. This will involve creating quotes, issuing them to customers, and obtaining feedback. You will also be responsible for developing job reference files, coordinating with team leaders, and scheduling projects into team calendars.

Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating quotes and issuing them to customers
  • Obtaining feedback from customers
  • Developing job reference files and assigning them to team members
  • Coordinating with team leaders and scheduling projects into team calendars
  • Setting up team meetings to communicate project requirements and deadlines
  • Organising job logistics, including booking travel arrangements where required
  • Liaising with clients throughout projects
  • Report formatting
  • Organising meetings between directors and prospective new clients

In addition to these duties, you may be required to perform other reasonable tasks as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Teams
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A professional, helpful manner
  • The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Experience with Xero would be advantageous but is not essential
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary between £11,000 and £15,600 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive flexible working hours, 30 days annual leave, a company pension, and a vibrant, newly fitted out office environment.
