Part Time Project Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating quotes for customers and issuing them to clients.
- Develop job reference files and assign tasks to team members.
- Coordinate meetings and schedule projects into team calendars.
- Liaise with clients throughout projects and report on progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Teams.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
