**Accounts/ Administration Assistant (Part time)**

Linwoods is a leading manufacturer and supplier of healthy food products. Our purpose is to enhance people’s health and wellbeing by providing sustainable healthy food.

We currently require a part time Accounts/ Administration Assistant to work in our busy accounts department.

**Duties include**
- Purchase & sales ledger including invoice processing & account reconciliation.
- Stocktaking
- Monthly & year end analysis.
- Preparation of monthly Intrastat & EC sales list.
- General administration as and when required.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience working within an Administration/ Accounts role.
- Experience of purchase and Sales ledgers.
- Strong IT skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Minimum GCSE English/Maths or equivalent

Additional Accounting qualifications are desirable
- Flexible working hours - Approx 20 hours per week
