**Nixon McQuade** are currently working with an established company as they look to hire an **Accounts Administrator** to join their business in **Armagh**.

As the new Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial information.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable functions
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
