Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement cost plans for construction projects.
  2. Assess NEC or similar Compensation Events and prepare assessments for payment.
  3. Work closely with other Managers, Heads of Service, Assistant Directors, and the SMT within the Client to ensure that Major and Minor capital development supports the area planning process.
