Building Services Cost Manager

We are looking for a skilled Building Services Cost Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of building services projects, while maintaining accurate cost estimates and budgets.

About the Role:
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably in building services projects
