As a Building Contract Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across the region, contributing to our success. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team, reporting directly to the Director. Your responsibilities will include ensuring contracts run to programme, identifying and implementing necessary actions to ensure smooth running of contracts, and where possible, early completion. You will also process weekly employee and subcontract payments with the accounts department and the management team. Additionally, you will liaise with clients, ensuring Bann Ltd's high standard of quality is maintained and client satisfaction is always achieved.

  • Have good timekeeping and attendance record

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
