Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Manager to join our team in Armagh. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, advice, and administrative support for the Transport Department.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Effective management of the Home to School Transport Service
  • Co-ordinating bus routes
  • Processing EANI bus drivers' timesheets

The ideal candidate will have a third level qualification (HNC or above) and two years' experience in an administrative role, or four years' experience in an administrative role providing service co-ordination and support to Senior Managers.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, full training and induction, and accrued holiday hours as you work.
