Administrative Officer

The Brook Street team is delighted to work with a leading Public Sector Organisation in sourcing an Administrative Officer on a temporary-ongoing basis. This role is based in the Infrastructure and Capital Development department, where you will be working within the Financial Support area of the business stream.
Job Description:
As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Checking and completion of all sales invoices as well as the creation of credit notes
- Manage the receipt and coding of all income
- Provide administrative support in relation to all aspects of the work of the section using the full range of IT equipment including typing, databases, spreadsheets, email, intranet, and internet facilities.
- Provide advice and assistance to Education Authority officers, customers, the public and other professionals in respect of agreed aspects of the service.
Requirements:
This role requires a minimum of two years' experience in a similar position, with excellent administrative skills and strong attention to detail. A salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
