Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Administrator to join our team. As a Parts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team.

The Job:

- Warehouse Maintenance
- Receiving and checking incoming parts and supplies.
- Servicing a team of workshop and bodyshop technicians in an efficient manner and liaising with the service advisors and managers daily.
- Maintain spare parts in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Prepare orders to replenish parts and supplies.
- Provide customer support service in a retail setting in person and over the telephone.
- Advise retail customers and team members on appropriateness of parts, supplies or materials requested.
- Manage and process spare parts returns as required and keep records of same.
- Carry out regular stock takes.
- Work closely with all teams and departments to contribute positively to the vision, culture and customer experience.

**What we are looking for -**
- A working knowledge of Truck auto parts is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to communicate well with customers and the team.
- Be able to follow standards and to have good organisational skills.
- To be able to work independently and have a sense of ownership/pride in the working environment.
- IT proficiency is essential.

Competitive salary negotiable - Depending on experience
