**Job purpose:
Reporting to the Transport Manager, the Transport Administrator will be responsible for maintaining transport documents, records and systems, keeping track records of vehicle maintenance and repairs and any other admin duties as directed by the Transport Manager.

**Key responsibilities**:

Maintain transport documents, records and systems (TMS system & Fleet Records)

Monitor compliance of transport regulation, safety regulations and Company policies

Organise and coordinate fleet vehicle tax and MOT's & PSV's

Keeping track of vehicle maintenance and repair records

Ordering of goods & shipping parts

Checking PO's and Invoices

General Admin duties

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Sage 200

Strong administration skills along with Basic Mathematics

Communication Skills

Flexibility, willingness to learn and a Positive can-do attitude

Driven, enthusiastic, competent individual with excellent eye for detail

Experience in working within a fast pace environment

Excellent time management skills

Valid driving licence
